Our lead artist can accommodate up to 5 people in your party. For larger groups or tighter timelines, additional artists can be booked through Glam Gone Viral. If your package includes one assistant but you’d like to add more, we’re happy to discuss options and explore availability to ensure everything runs smoothly.

To ensure availability and guarantee a seamless experience, we offer set packages rather than customizing by the exact headcount. We’ve found that clients often add or remove people as the event approaches, and fixed packages help us plan ahead — especially since both myself and my assistants commit to your date far in advance, often over a year out.
This structure allows us to reserve the time and resources needed for your event while still giving you the flexibility to make adjustments within your selected package. It ensures we’re fully prepared to show up for you with the level of care and attention your day deserves. -
Yes Absolutely! For parties larger than what’s listed in our standard packages, please reach out directly. I’d be happy to create a custom proposal for groups of 15 or fewer based on your timeline and needs. We’ll make sure you have the right number of artists to keep the day running smoothly and stress-free.

Yes, we absolutely love being part of intimate celebrations! That said, due to high demand and the fact that we typically book out for parties of 5 or more, we’re only able to confirm single-person bookings 3 to 6 months out, depending on your date and location. Please feel free to reach out — we’d love to learn more about your plans and will do our best to accommodate if availability allows!

Yes, we absolutely travel for weddings and would love to be part of your day! Please note that travel fees may be higher than usual for out-of-state or destination bookings. Travel involves a significant time commitment, including transportation, accommodations, and being away for multiple days — which often means I have to turn down several local clients during that time.
Because of this, my pricing reflects not just the travel itself, but the time I’m setting aside exclusively for your wedding. If you’re planning an out-of-state event, feel free to reach out with the details — I’d be happy to talk through the options!

Absolutely! Many mothers of the bride and groom are interested in trials. We kindly ask that you schedule your trials on the same day so you can enjoy the experience together!

Bridal makeup takes about 60 minutes while bridesmaids, MOG, MOB, Etc takes up to 45 minutes per service. Please arrive with a clean face, light moisturizer is okay. Trials typically take up to two hours.

You’re welcome to book your makeup trial before submitting a deposit or signing the contract. However, please note that your wedding date is not secured until both the contract is signed and the deposit is received. Until then, the date will remain open and may be booked by other clients.

During the busy wedding and event season travel fees may be higher due to increased demand, extended travel times, and logistical factors. High-traffic days often require additional time on the road, early morning or late-night travel, and sometimes overnight accommodations to ensure we arrive on time and fully prepared. Our travel fees reflect these factors while ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience for our clients. Travel fees typically range from $80-$350

In the rare circumstances in which your scheduled rehearsal dinner makeup conflicts with the timeline of another contracted brides wedding day, we’ll always do our best to offer a smooth alternative. You will be given the option to have your makeup done by a trusted assistant — pending your prior written approval — and would be offered at a discounted rate.
If you’d prefer to skip rehearsal dinner makeup altogether, no problem — a credit for the value of that service will be applied to your final invoice and deducted from your total package.
